Jemaine “DaVench” Terry

Jermaine J. Terry (born May 1981), known professionally as DaVench, is an American record producer and former rapper from Chicago Heights, Illinois. He fully produced and co-wrote his debut underground studio album, Training Days, which was released in the early 2000s under the rap group name, Famli Ties. The Famli Ties trio included group members, Snake & J Dub. Receiving local notoriety as a rap producer, he went on to work with and produce songs for local Chicago artists including Scandeve (Tune Nami), Rollin B’, Goose Wayne (The K.R.A.), C A Brown (Trend), Bugatti Bully (Bully the Kid), Payroll, and Ben Breeze.

After the release of “Recipe” feat Rollin B’ in 2020, DaVench spent most of his time focusing on creating his own sound for Electro & Progressive House music. His recent house music collaborations include Chicago House record “Bring It On” feat Goose Wayne and up-tempo “Move Something” feat Scandeve.
